These terms govern the use of the website guiainformada.com and the services of Guiainformada d.o.o. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Guiainformada d.o.o. is a Slovenian company registered with the District Court of Ljubljana, engaged in technical services for plumbing networks. Our registered office is at Slovenska cesta 50, 1000 Ljubljana.
2. Scope of Services
We offer diagnostic inspections, installation and repair of plumbing systems, leak detection, boiler service, and consulting. All services are performed in accordance with Slovenian technical standards and regulations.
3. Ordering Services
Service inquiries are submitted via the contact form or telephone. Upon receipt, we prepare a quote with a description of work and price. A contract is formed upon written confirmation of the quote.
4. Prices and Payment
Service prices are stated in the quote and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment is due after service completion within 15 days, unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers and credit cards.
5. Warranty
We provide a warranty on all completed work in accordance with legislation and contractual provisions, typically 2 years for labor and up to 10 years for materials, depending on the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or third-party interventions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages is limited to the value of the service performed, except in cases of intentional damage or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, and logos, is protected by copyright. Use without written permission is prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution
The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction for all disputes. Before legal proceedings, we will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. For consumer disputes, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is also available.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Amended terms are effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and all legal relations between you and Guiainformada d.o.o. are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
